|Recommended: YesQuiet but friendly community in a convenient Tucker location. — I have lived in Providence of Northlake for 10 months and have had a great experience overall The front office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. Pests are generally not an issue, but if you do have an insect problem then pest control is pretty effective. The fitness center and pool area are both nice and well equipped. The apartment itself is fairly spacious for the area, and people are always mildly impressed when visiting We're right off of 285, and 85 is about 10 minutes away. The many different grocery stores and shopping centers also make this a convenient location. Overall I've really enjoyed living here.
|Recommended: YesGreat community, staff, and ammenities — I would not describe Providence as a apartment complex - it is a community. The office staff is helpful, friendly, and give the community that personal touch. They remember details about each resident and make you feel welcome and wanted. The maintenance staff responds quickly to your needs and is respectful of your apartment and time. I also feel safe within the community in the day and at night.
The noise from upstairs is a little excessive and is loud into the late night and early morning, so the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star overall rating would be the constant noise from above.

|Recommended: YesGreat Proprty Safe, Quiet, Well-Maintaned — I can say with confidence that after having lived in other luxury and mid-priced apartment rentals in Atlanta 30345 specifically and viewed looked at most other prominent property rentals in the area that this is a great property to rent and live. Pricing is fair compared to similar rentals in the area and market and while the buildings are not newer, they are well-maintained the only minor complaint, or suggestion I would have about the units is that with the increase of age and rent that some aesthetic modern updates could be made to fixtures, counter tops, cabinets, etc. that would not be that costly, but would definitely enhance the appearance of the units. Safety has not been a concern for me the entire 2 years I've resided here, which is great to find in ANY area when living in the city of Atlanta. The staff has always been kind and accommodating and this community has been quiet as I have never had any noise complaints or witnessed experienced any bothersome residents - and my unit is not far from the visitor area, leasing office, and entrances so that says a great deal. The only other complaint, or suggestion I would have would be regarding the parking as it tends to be difficult to find parking spaces at times and considering the number of spaces available to units, it should not be difficult to find parking spaces. So, either non-residents are often parking in the resident-only parking areas or residents are not forthcoming with the number of vehicles they actually have on the property. I regularly see a fair amount of vehicles parked in the resident-only areas that do not have a permit sticker or are out of town state license plates that are more than likely guests. Additionally, the parking spaces like most property complexes can be a bit tight, and visibility at night is not the best which makes parking - and possibly safety - a bit more of an issue than it could be. I would strongly suggest that the property management consider adding just a few additional light posts throughout the perimeter parking areas because it would help a lot with night visibility. Lastly, the gates do malfunction occasionally, which I believe is mostly due to residents or guests damaging them by being too impatient or not being as cautious as they should be or cars trying to quickly piggy-back in behind another vehicle, but management has always been prompt in notifying residents and repairing the gates...and I have yet to live in any gated community where these occurrences don't happen, so it's not a major concern to myself since management does remain aware of it and has always been prompt in handling and trying to prevent any malfunction with the gates.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone considering renting here. First apartment in Atlanta that I've renewed my lease with in complete confidence without hesitation. Fair price for area and size layout of units, safe quiet community friendly, accommodating professional staff. Have been a resident for over two years now recently renewed lease for second time without any considerations of moving elsewhere because it's hard to beat the overall satisfaction and price of this property - the complaints I mentioned are very minor an indication that I have nothing serious to complain about and would probably be encountered at any property complex from my experience. I plan to reside here for the foreseeable future, which is probably as long as I am a renter in Atlanta and not yet an owner. For anyone looking at apartments in the area my advice would be to strongly consider Providence of Northlake, especially over some of the other large luxury' or upscale' property companies because I've previously resided in them and the experiences I had were not at all worth the extra price or high-upscale aesthetics and most importantly, nowhere near as positive of a living experience as this property. As someone who has previously resided in, and considered, many of the other top-rated apartment complexes around this area in the past it is VERY difficult to find an apartment that is a safe, quiet, well-maintained, attractive rental property within the perimeter and that has an extremely nice and helpful staff... I've been fortunate to find it all here and finally feel settled highly satisfied as a renter in Atlanta
|Recommended: YesSolid space with kind, helpful staff — Overall I've enjoyed my time here. The staff is friendly and caring, and Matt and the rest of the maintenance staff do a good job. The trash area backs up on weekends, probably because people don't make sure their trash actually goes down the chute. The next person comes along, opens the chute and think the bin is full. It may be, I don't know, but each subsequent person leaves their trash on the curb so it looks bad, which sucks because they otherwise keep the grounds looking good.
Pros Staff, Maintenance, well kept most of the time, beautiful pool area, location.
Cons Trash area on weekends which may be as simple to fix as putting up a sign saying make sure your trash slides all the way down the chute , poor fit of doors leaves considerable gaps for heating cooling loss and bug entry,

|Recommended: YesAmazing Peaceful Close to the city — The moment I walked through the Leasing office doors of Providence of Northlake I was treated like family and was provided amazing customer service from all the staff members. They never pushed me into moving, they heard my concerns and wants and they provided information on what Providence of Northlake can offer. Once I did apply for the apartment, it was such a seamless process with no hassle. Every since I have moved in. it's been so peaceful and really feels like home. If there is a maintenance problems they are very swift in responding and fixing the issues. Since I work near the airport, the commute is perfect No traffic going or coming from work and also easy access to 285 and or 85. This is definitely the place to be especially if you have a pet like myself. Kudos Providence of Northlake. Very good place to live
|Recommended: YesThe Property is Nice — I have lived here for about a year and I just renewed my lease. I really like it because it is very quiet. My only concern is the breezeways are dirty and really need to be pressured washed. Also the neighbors leave trash outside their doors all the time. Otherwise I really like it. I can always find parking close to my building.

|Recommended: YesI think this property is amazing, but it could do better — This is an great community, with the friendliest staff I have ever met. Maintenance is prompt and always satisfactory. The parking can sometimes be a hassle unless you have the green parking spot' which always seems to be on back-order when I check . The pricing was great and visible, but once OnePoint Utility' was added, it became confusing areas of improvement 2 . The fitness center' needs a little revamp.

The only thing is that people are loud when they come in at night...you can hear them coming up the stairs, having conversations in the parking lot, and playing loud music when parking. Other than that, everything is really great I enjoy living here so far
