The grounds are well-maintained, and overall very pretty to look at. The apartment itself is very nice, and any problems were addressed by maintenance and or office staff very quickly. |Recommended: YesLove living here — These apartments are very nice. The insides are very spacious, the outside is nicely maintained, the neighborhood and neighbors are all very nice, and I love that it is very close to the city without it feeling like the city.
|Recommended: YesWhat do I think of this property — I think this is a well maintained property that could use some polishing. I think that the trash situation is improving but there is constantly furniture, mattresses, etc. at the dumpsters. Also, my walkway and stairs could use a good scrubbing. Other than that, I love living here. The two things I listed are minimal and will not prevent me from re-signing another lease when mine expires. Thank you for all that you do, I really enjoy living here.

In addition, the apartments are conveniently located to shopping areas, city parks, public trails, and community services.

We've been really happy and surprised, frankly, with how good our experience has been here. I've paid a lot more for way worse places to live. Good staff, ample parking, old appliances but no problem with them so far. Just signed our second lease here and plan on staying for a while. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for lower rent.
