|Recommended: YesBest bang for your dollar — I enjoy living at the Town homes of Beverly. We searched high and low and this is by far one of the best deals you can get for the money in the area. The specs of the place hit our mark- free parking, w d in unit, central air, heat included, etc. I also like that the units are all 2 floors allowing for ample living space separation. I like that they take an effort in refreshing the appearance of the property with the new management. I am hoping rent won't be raised for the tenants already living here.
