|Recommended: YesOverall has been a pleasant stay — I think living here has been enjoyable for me. The area is quite and secluded. The parking is not great, but I can deal with it. The garden tubs are a bad design in my opinion because the water sits in the corners of the tub after showers. The bathrooms and rooms are VERY spacious The office staff is very nice and remember your name. The heat and air coming into the back rooms on the two bedroom apartments is not so good. I often have to turn the heat air up way high to feel it back there.

|Recommended: YesFeels like home. — Wonderful. The staff is excellent. The grounds always look great. Turn around time for questions is fast. Very quiet community. A good mix of neighbors and all are respectful.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and decent apartments that come with normal apartment problems. — The Biscayne is a nice enough apartment. It has a pool and a workout room and usually has monthly events. The 1 br layout is ok there should be enough space for up to 2 people. Parking can be a problem or no problem at all depending on which unit you're in and when you leave come home. Usually if I'm not home by 5 or 6 I'm most likely having to part in an adjacent lot, which honestly isn't not a big deal it's maybe an extra 15 seconds to my walk but for some people it could be a big deal. Noise...noise is an issue, at least in my unit. I'm right underneath the stairs so I hear people stomping up and down at all hours of the day and night. Although it's more of an inconsideration problem than the actual apartment's fault. Seriously who puts all their weight on each step You must have heels of steel. I can usually hear my upstairs neighbors, sometimes past the 10 o'lock noise curfew but it's normally nothing too unbearable. But again this is apartment life and it's just a thing you get used to.
In closing if you're looking for a pretty nice apartment with reasonable rates and some extra perks with a good staff and can bear with the sometimes tough parking and maybe some noise give the Biscayne a lookie see.

|Recommended: YesNice — Staff is friendly. Great place to live, wish the walls weren't so thin. Parking at my building is okay. I have had to park basically on the side of the other building which is a walk with groceries. I don't care if neighbors have company, but I would like a parking spot in front or at least across from my building I live at. But other then that no problems.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment layout and location — The walls to the apartments are very thin, as you can hear everything the people around you are doing. Parking was almost impossible to find later in the day. The complex was always cleaned and well maintained. Overall it is a good place to live short term. I would not recommend as a permanent residence.

|Recommended: YesGood Property — I think this apartment complex is a very good apartment, first getting the bad out of the way. Sometimes there is no parking or you have to park far away from your building. Yes, as with most apartments you can hear your neighbors, as with most apartments. It is an apartment complex after all. But as far as the neighborhood and hallways it is very nice and quite here.

The only thing I wish this apartment complex had was a dog park, since it is pet friendly. Hopefully they can consider adding one

|Recommended: YesWonderful apartments — We love living at The Grand Biscayne The staff is professional, friendly, and thorough. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is quick to handle any issues. The apartments themselves are roomy and modern. Once you are inside it feels like you are living in a house and not an apartment. We live are the bottom floor and can hear the neighbors above us. General communal living noise is to be expected though. 530-730 pm are the only times we can hear the upstairs neighbors unless they have the day off . We love the community events and are happy to live at a place that is community and family oriented. We are very proud to live here and have recommended it to several friends looking to live in the area.
