As you enter the clubhouse, we are warmly-welcomed by The Meadows administrator. She never feels to warm you with a beautiful and welcoming smile. We have had satisfying and reliable maintenance work in our apartment. The maintenance gentleman is reliable and friendly. He conducts great work and cleans everything up after himself. He is very busy, but make the appropriate time to complete your request. We are glad to be apart of this small, family-orientated community. Thank you.

The staff in the leasing office were very nice and helpful for my move in and they processed my application quickly. I may be lucky, but the people in my building are quiet and very nice. Everyone says hi. They seem to be busy and some leave very early in the morning. I love that my apartment was renovated before I moved in and everything is clean and works great. I love that my balcony and apartment can be very sunny and have enjoyed that even as the temps have gotten cooler. The laundry room is fine. I think they are making a lot of improvements to The Meadows.

I would also like to see longer lease terms. Additionally, general safety measures could be improved such as better lighting in the parking lots and more secure doors on the front of the buildings.
