Staff is was really great, although they just let go of one staff member that was particularly good - friendly, helpful, funny and all around good person for, seemingly, unknown reasons. It's too bad makes me question the management team in this building.

The events can be fun to look forward to. The common spaces are fantastic and I use them all regularly, especially the pool in the summer and the gym year round. It could have better appliances in the apartments. The staff is somewhat friendly. I also like that the building has group events for the residents.

The Gold Coast River North location is perfect, with every need within walking distance. Above all, the staff is professional and sincerely wants to assure your comfort and satisfaction. Management is clearly focused on retention and referrals to maintain occupancy in this competitive market, and they're doing everything right.
