Other is the noise of the AC during the summer as they are located in the balconies. Finally, the doors of the trashes are making too much noise, they should have some grease on all the parts.

My only complaint are the walls are a little thin, so depending on your neighbors it could be an issue. There was only a few months while living there that I had issues with it. And the garage is SO loud. My biggest complaint about this place. The property is beautiful and love the pools.

The only issue is parking - when entertaining guests parking is too limited. The Casa Lago property would benefit from additional visitor parking and residents with garages housing their cars in those garages instead of using available parking. Other than that, Casa Lago is absolutely amazing

A lot of the residents even though the have a garage, park in the guest parking spots.

Nice view for walk or just sitting at your patio and watching sun set, even relaxing at the swimming pool and enjoy a drink.
