One of the best locations in Dallas with condo like build outs. It is also one of the most expensive rental properties in Uptown. I have been here going on 3 and half years and am friendly with many of the residents who have also been here for years. Most of the neighbors are great but with living in a luxury high-rise you have to put up with neighbors who do not feel the rules are for them. Parking continues to be an issue as patrons for local business park in the guest parking. Residents also park their second and third car there. There are even cars being stored under car covers there. The result is when guest do come over there is no parking for them. Pros: Location Nice finish out The valets are often attentive and David and Gwen are great concierges. They are always professional. The grounds are always well maintained. The pool, gym and common areas are always being worked on. Cons: - Lack of enforcement of any rules. - Dogs barking - Parties -More than 2 guests at the pool(often times people bring a whole party) - Parking - Lot of noises throughout the units. - Can hear water flushing in bedroom, creaks.

I love my very large and open apartment with its contemporary design, floor to ceiling windows and 10 ft ceilings. The gym is small with old and in some cases non-functional equipment. The club room and movie room are acceptable and easy to book.
