With reasonable access to DART and local bus service and cooperative, service-minded management, The Corners is well-priced (most of the time) to be very attractive to not only students but to any professional of any age. (PS to survey designer...nice house icons below, but the questions need to be stated in a parallel manner. If "parking" can be excellent, then noise cannot be poor nor excellent really. Responses will not likely be accurate.)

I love that if I turn right out of the neighborhood, I find a Wal-Mart, Target, Men's Wearhouse, and every fast-food chain you could ask for. If I turn left out of the neighborhood, I'm right by the mall, movie theater, and highway. I'm an exit away from school and only a few away from downtown. The complex itself is amazing too, with security on patrol 24-7. All the neighbors are very nice people, too!

Acceptable price. I like quite and peaceful atmosphere of The Corners East in The Village. As a single SMU student with , here is the right place to move in.
