|Recommended: YesNice, homey, calming — It feels like home. It's nice to have an apartment facing the dog park where there's trees and grass. It's also quiet and I like that it's gated.
|Recommended: YesHidden Gem — I've lived at Westside for two years and am sad to be moving out. It's the best apartment I've lived in. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful when needed. The maintenance is quick and the workers are courteous. The grounds are kept in excellent shape and having a pool and hot tub on site is a huge plus It's a quiet, clean community in a location convenient to all parts of Dallas. I will miss its central location. The apartment finishes aren't high end laminate countertops, carpet tile vinyl flooring, black appliances , but it's a well put together space that's still aesthetically pleasing and has served me well. My only complaint is parking. Often, I can't find a space in front of or close to my building which can be frustrating, especially if I have a lot to carry up. Westside is one of the few Village communities with a security gate and I picked it for that purpose. I've never felt unsafe and I've loved my time at Westside
|Recommended: YesBest in the Village — I have lived all over the Village i.e. The Bend, Northbridge etc... and Westside is the best. Perfect location, snuggled next to NW Hwy near Greenville, Close to everything, walking or car. Staff has always been and continues to be excellent, neighbors are great, repairs are immediate. I actually heard that Westside is considered an excellent assignment by LPC employees staff are rotated between Lincoln Property sites every few years . Upscale, smaller complex makes Westside like a small village. Gated, good security I know most of the security people by name though I miss the horse mounted patrol LPS used to have . Good luck finding a spot, Westside is VERY popular.
|Recommended: YesIt's well-kept and always looks nice. — I love my apartment The location is great - not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, but just close enough to the best spots. I never feel unsafe. Neighbors are quiet and courteous. Great place for the young professionals of Dallas. And I love the strong sense of community within the Village as a whole. The staff does a great job taking care of their residents

The grounds are kept up well and the apartments are in really good condition. I would definitely recommend Westside to anyone I know.

|Recommended: YesLove it hear — I call it a resort and my friends call it a retirement home... we do have Bingo Westside's small community is great and the staff are friendly. Maintenance is done within 1-2 days.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and close to everything — Close to SMU and all the stores restaurant on Greenville Ave. Can hear highway traffic sirens often though. Overall great place to live due to being close to everything and in close proximity to so many other people.
