|Recommended: YesIt's one of the best apartment communities I've ever lived in..and I've lived in several different ones in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. — It's not like living in an apartment but rather like a townhouse. It's very quiet but friendly. The leasing office staff is wonderful and treats you extremely well. If these ever decided to become condos I'd consider buying one.

The pool, gym, and grounds are all extremely well maintained. The staff is nice, and respond quickly to questions and requests. The development is very pet friendly and clean. I've lived here for over 2 years and would definitely recommend it.
