|Recommended: YesClean, Convenient, but Expensive — Living here has been wonderful. It's right next to many restaurants, the movie theatre, a great mall, and the highway, however, the cost for renewing the lease is unreasonable.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy the community and living here but the rent has raised too much and the $25 for trash pick-up while convenient is overpriced for the area. I am actively looking for another community due to the pricing. — I would tell them that they would love the community. Very friendly with lots of community activities but it is only good for one year. Many of my neighbors as well as those in the community have discussed moving because the renewal raise on rent is too much.
I appreciate the recycling that is now being picked up as well as the compostable dog poop bags that I have noticed. I really appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to keeping the bushes clipped around the sidewalks but I do not know the reasoning behind constantly changing the flowers around the gazebo and office. It seems wasteful.
Other than the finances this is a good place to stay.
