Parkways on Prairie Creek Apartments offer one, two and three bedroom apartments for rent in Grand Prairie east of Hwy 360 on I-20 in the middle of Fort Worth and Dallas. All 6 floor plans feature full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and two tone paint. Located in the Arlington School District, Parkways on Prairie Creek is just minutes away from all major freeways, DFW Airport, Cowboy Stadium and the Texas Rangers Ball Field Stadium. Residents are invited to relax in our pool and enjoy free WiFi in our clubhouse. We are a pet friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs with standard breed restrictions.

|Recommended: Yes10 years — I have been a resident in The Parkways on Prairie Creek and ten years and I guess you could say I love it because I have had plenty of opportunities to move yet I always find a reason not to. I love the community because it is not too big and not too small and it is very quiet. The staff in the office are great and I really enjoy how they make me feel like they have my best interest at heart. They show that they value my tenure in this community.

Friendly staff and maintenance is out of this world. They are the nicest people you can ever meet. Always there to help when you need them. So pretty to take a walk around the grounds.

|Recommended: YesOverall Good — Overall, this is good place to live I was skeptical at first since it was next to a slightly low budget motel, but there hasn't been any major issues. The staff is very professional and friendly and the maintenance and landscaping is kept up. I don't like to see the trash build up in the main bins, but the trash team works very hard to get it cleaned up after the weekend PLUS I love the trash pick up in front of my door I would recommend that if you stay there to choose the back apartments because being next to the street and highway makes a loud night sometimes.

I loved the staff, so friendly and anytime I needed anything they were there to help. If I needed maintance they had if fixed the next day. They put on get togethers and also had a neighbor hood watch. I would recommend them to anyone.
