|Recommended: YesYou have to move here — This apartment complex is by far the best one I have lived here for a rather short period of time but already know I am going to sign another lease with them. Some apartment complexes have issues with their maintenance crews, but not this one. If you have any issue they are right there to fix the problem. It is very obvious that the staff love their job, because they are extremely helpful no matter what the obstacle might be. This apartment complex is even in the best location not far from Indian Lakes or the interstate. I would say the only issue which is not a terrible one, the birds are abundant at this complex and are awake all hours of the day and night. It just takes some time to get used the chirping at 2am.

She is always nice and professional and is always willing to help me out in anyway she can even if it is just printing a simple email out for me since I do not have a printer so I could send back my defective watch. That is great customer service I have already recommend other co workers in moving in to the APTS. here.

|Recommended: YesNice place professional yet friendly managmenet — We moved in almost a year ago and one of the things that stands out the most is the friendly yet professional leasing staff The apartments are very nice and the neighbours are generally quiet. We have somewhat of a situation with our upstairs neighbours however, but it is being addressed and we anticipate it will be resolved quite soon. We've not had any major maintenance issues so can't really comment on that, but I guess it speaks to the fact that all has been well in our apartment One thing I would like to say is that it is very pet friendly - at times though, residents don't always clean up behind their pets even though the company make it very convenient for them to do so. However, I would say that in the area, this is probably the best in apartment living. Thank you to The Grove at Waterford Crossing

|Recommended: YesVery Friendly feel at home — I think that the grove is a wonderful place to live. All of your neighbors are friendly and make you feel right at home. The environment feels really safe. The staff is so down to earth and very willing to satisfy the needs of the tenants really fast. They have lots of gatherings that involve all. I was very impressed with getting breakfast at the gate. All of the staff were there to give the residents free breakfast early in the morning Just loving
