Parkwood at Cypress Station is a secluded apartment home village featuring one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, lofts, flats and townhomes; each designed to cater to your unique needs. Parkwood at Cypress Station offers inviting resort style features with a generous selection of floor plans and amenities. Our apartment homes feature charming wood burning fireplaces, french doors with private patios, double stainless steel sinks and full size washer and dryer connections, spacious kitchens, private balconies, outside storage, and two toned paint accent walls. Modern features are available such as pre-wiring for cable and internet access.
Our residents can enjoy a refreshing dip in one of three large swimming pools, or gather for a friendly game of volleyball in our sand volleyball court. We also offer two clothes care centers, complete cardio fitness center, play park, resident business center, and a wooded nature walk path. There is also 24 hour emergency maintenance, and resident activities for your convenience.

|Recommended: NoFairly decent but dangerous area — The staff is pretty nice, especially Yessica who helped me with every question I had. The apartment is a fair price for the amount of square footage. However the area is a bit dangerous with higher levels of crime rates in and around the complex with security not making any difference. Maintenance did take a few days to fix my broken window, but they responded to my other maintanance requests in a timely manner. Unfortunately as i said with the staff being nice and all, when I signed my lease agreement I was told it was 9-month lease, but later found out the office put a 12-month lease on paper, I guess it was my fault for not reading thoroughly

|Recommended: NoDO NOT MOVE HERE — i love the set up of my townhome, however i hate the fact that this place is roach infested and they pretend to care when you come to them about it, but they dont do anything about it, the pest control dont help nothing. they under construction but honestly they should have used that money for inside renovations because yeah the outside is going to be nice but the roaches are going to drive people away. and the construction people need to hurry and move on because they dont have any consideration for the people that have to walk and drive these grounds, there are nails everywhere along with trash, they dont even try to clean up behind themselves.

However, the office got my issues resolved and now I can honestly say that I am a happy tenant Since my move in Ive dealt with Jessica and Bobby alot and they are very nice and professional. I dont know about the next person but it feels nice to feel important to your office staff. Parking is pretty good, and I am excited about the final outcome to the exterior changes. My townhome is spacious and comfortable. I plan to stay for quite a while. If I had to change one thing it would be the maintrnance. They arent very prompt and they dont respond to the after-hour emergencies at all.

|Recommended: NoI think Parkwood is full of shit for charging everyone 2 for extermination fee's, but no one comes around spraying anything. — I would tell them not to live here. Security on foot patrol is a joke. My car has been broken into and my patio furniture was stolen.
I would be more than happy to put you down for pest control, as they do come out every Friday. They do not go into every apartment on Friday, but if you need service, all you have to do is call the office and we can put you on their schedule for that week. I will go ahead and put you down for service today.
|Recommended: YesIt's nice play to stay and affordable nice landscaping — I would tell them it's an affordable place to stay at and is not loud, very calm and quiet, and yes it has its flaws but not to bad. This apartment complex has a park for kids to play and for adults to exercise, also for party events. They have two pools and a gym. The parking is not assigned, you can park anywhere. I love it.

|Recommended: YesI can't complain — I've had my apartment broken into once. I don't want to blame the complex as this area and also upscale areas have witness an up in crime lately. Overall, my experience here is pretty pleasing. The front office handles most concerns and issues professionally and quite timely. The only complaint would be that I had to wait two months to have my door replaced.
