|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — This is a decent complex to live in Valley Ranch. If you're lucky, you can get an apartment view the canal view. In general, very pedestrian apartments with ordinary finishing.

|Recommended: YesI love living here.. — It is 18 months I have been living here and I love to continue.. I have been living in US for lat 5 years and changed 4 different apartments and faced very rude staff in leasing offices. When I first visited and spoke with Terri to lease apartment, I decided to live in this apartment to live here without seeing inside apartment for the response that she gave and external appearance if the apartments. Got very clean apartment, maintenance staff, especially Tye sorry if I misspelled is very friendly and getting all maintenance fixes in very timely manner.I love getting call from leasing office before external maintenance staff enter into apartment by considering security issues. whenever we have questions or issues I see the same response from Terri that I got before leasing, When we took security issues to leasing office we got complete support from all office staff. It would have been great if we children play area tennis court.

|Recommended: YesNice community and pleasant locality — Its very nice place to live with your family where you can spend time with peace and fresh air. Lease staff are very polite. On rent payment -- it wound have better if there would be an option to pay rent using Credit card without any txn fee. Just to highlight Its a nice to have thing . Maintenance is very prompt. I'd definitely recommend anyone to have this on your list.
