I have stated before that Christina in the office is amazing. She is patient, listens and tries to help or will takes notes and seek help. I have told a couple of people to talk to her when looking into the property. If she isn't available I tell people to ask for Cindy, as Bill has a strong personality as comes across as difficult to talk with about things.
The property is older, but Lopez does a great job of staying on top of the maintanence.
To comment about on ethe the ratings below, insulation is bad. Very noticable in the winter.
|Recommended: YesFantastic Staff — The Office and Maintenance Staff are excellent, responsive and will try and make everything right if there is an issue. The only issue is getting up to date materials both in the apartments and the workout center.
|Recommended: YesEasy acess to the highways. Christina in the office goes above and beyond — It is quiet. Bill and his staff are working very hard to meet the needs of many different people in the community. The team works very hard on getting equipment fixed and maintained in the workout room, which I know can be difficult when working with a corporation. The pool is awesome. Wish there was a recycle though. I was heartbroken as I watched a team member take the trash can that is placed by the mailboxes and throwing all the paper into the dumpster. My previous apartment complex in Colorado had a big recycle bin and it was used regularly. This is our environment in which we are ALL responsible. I personally take what I can to a recycle place, but you would be amazed at the people who would use the bin if provided one.

|Recommended: YesClean, bright, well maintained inside and out with considerate neighbors. — The location is great, the grounds and apartments are well maintained, and the neighbors are the best! Management does an excellent (and speedy) job inside and outside of your apartment building. I rarely see excess garbage at the dumpsters. And the neighbors smile and acknowledge you. The bird watching on the canal is awesome too!
