Ultimately we have decided to keep it open, so that we can have events there. We appreciate

|Recommended: YesQuiet place, friendly staff, great amenities, beautiful apartments — The staff is amazing and friendly, maintenance is awesome, it is a very quiet complex, and the apartments are beautiful.
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — New construction. Unfortunately, it is fairly close to the RR tracks so that is annoying at first but eventually something you get used to. I even sleep through the train horns at night now. It took about 2 weeks to acclimate. I love my apartment, but I see some issues in planning that fall short...light switches that require you to walk across the room to turn on, GFCI shutoff receptacle that is across the apartment defeats the purpose doesn't it as it is the same distance as to the breaker box , a dog park that does not accommodate small dogs they just run through the fence , and not enough doggy poop stations poop still ends up in the grassy...and sometimes, not grassy...areas of the complex .
|Recommended: YesPleasant and quiet — I really enjoy living here. True to what I was told prior to moving in, this apartment complex is very quiet and friendly. My only complaint is that there are only two dumpsters for the whole complex and in order to get to the closest one I have to balance my trash and open the gate.

We are sorry that getting to the trash is a difficult process. We would suggest using the
compactor at the corner of building 5, as there are no gates or doors to open. We would like
to clarify that there are actually four compactors on the property, but we appreciate your feedback
and will look for ways to improve the process.
|Recommended: YesBest apartment in Kyle — Minus the noise once in awhile, the Oaks of Kyle has been a great place to live thus far. I've been here for 3 months and it has been a great experience. Thomas made the transition easy and smooth.
