|Recommended: YesA place worthy of calling home — I would want them to know that the Oaks on Marketplace definitely make you feel right at home and that its worth the price The unit we live in always gives us that comfy feeling you desire from a house, plus the benefits of not having to maintain one the same. The people here that work in the office are extremely nice and attentive, and I mean to the stuff you care about. I did fall late on a few payments, yet they were really understanding and worked with me all while making feel less stressed about it. They are really new and growing, however, I feel like it shouldn't change much when all the units get filled up. The pool and gathering locations are never crowded and usually available for personal use. The neighbors I have met have all been really friendly, like me, lol Bottom line, you shouldn't pass an opportunity to check this place out, it's awesome

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — They are great a pool apartments. The maintenance staff keeps you up to date when you put in a service request. The staff is very friendly. The only down side is having to park far from your apartment time to time.
|Recommended: YesI love my new apartment — Since moving into OOM, I have had the best experience with my neighbors and fellow doggy parents that I've met at the dog park. Sometimes people forget to pick up their dog feces in the dog park and on the side walks, but I see the maintenance team picking it up in the mornings, so that helps a lot I appreciate the effort. It's not a huge deal at all though. The grounds always look clean when I am roaming around, and that feels great. I love the community and the office staff is always super helpful and responds to my emails quickly Even though I cant make the resident events because I work very far, I appreciate the attention that the office staff shows the residents. I really do love this property and I couldn't be happier with my apartment. Oh, and the gym is great too I refer anyone I can that lives in the Buda Kyle area or looking to move to this area.

|Recommended: YesFavorite apartment ever — I love Oaks on Marketplace. I've lived in several different apartments over the past few years and this is by far my favorite. My daughter loves the pool and courtyard area, and my dog loves the dog parks. The elevator is an amazing amenity for a working single mom like me, and the front staff does a great job planning fun community events. I hope to stay here as long as I can
