|Recommended: YesGreat apartment living — Me and my other half moved to TX from Seattle, Washington and we where on the hunt for the perfect home, I viewed A LOT of apartments for a good almost 2 months , then we stumbled across these, at the time where still being built. We stayed here for about 6 months then got transferred back to Seattle however our time being here was absolutely amazing and I couldn't have picked a better home. Residents where very friendly as well as the office staff. Also have very good and affordable pricing. I would definitely come back and rent here.
|Recommended: YesLove it..but — My daughter and I love the apartments we live in. I sold my house and gave the apartment life a try. I was very nervous, but turned out I love it. Property is beautiful ideal for teenager and her mom which is me lol . The office manager are wonderful anytime I go in the office they are so friendly and help you as much as they can. You never feel like you are pushed to the side I always feel important when I go in the office. Maintenance is only a phone call away no matter what time. My only issue is my neighbors above with the noise level having a kid that is trying to get rest for school its very hard. But, I know that nothing is perfect all in all I love where I live.
|Recommended: YesExceptional floor plans with open floor plan which makes it feel bigger than the square footage reads. — I moved from a house to Villagio and am surprisingly very comfortable. My friends are pleasantly shocked when they see the space and quality. I never have a problem finding a parking space close to my unit. In addition, I feel very safe living here. At night the entire outside is light up like daylight. Great lighting in hallways. 5 stars all the way.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments with a few kinks — Beautiful apartments. Easy to hear neighbors even at low voice levels and noise levels. It is apartment living though. Wood floors make it hard to insulate the noise.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, — Become a night owl, there's an obnoxious resident with a white mustang that is very loud every night. Prices are high but its a nice complex. Also if you get off work late don't expect a parking spot close to your building.

|Recommended: YesIt is a fun community to be in, with everything one might need to keep one self entertained. — No one bothers you unless it is important to the community, you can take a dip at the pool at the times given to you, the gym is open to residents 24 hrs, have constant invitations to come join the community for events, and needs to find a way to clean the hallways to the residents doors.

|Recommended: YesVillaggio — It's a nice place to live, friendly staff. It was a little rough for awhile but safety and noise seem to have been taken care of for the most part. Overall I have enjoyed living here for going on my second year.
