|Recommended: YesMira Flores is a nice community. — Mira Flores is a great apartment community. I have lived here for a little over 5 months now and I plan on staying here until I decide to purchase a house. The staff is professional and is willing to help you with anything you need. The maintenance team is very quick and fixing anything you need. For example, my blinds broke. I told them they didn't need to rush to fix it because it wasn't a huge deal to me. I came home from work the next day and the blinds were fixed! They are very friendly!

|Recommended: NoGreat location, good maintenance and management, but very thin walls — Its in a high rent area. If you need to be in the location, its very convenient. Its an average apartment with great location. The management and maintenance are good.
|Recommended: YesNice Location — Mira Flores is a good location close to I95. Convenient location close to Palm Beach Gardens shopping mall. There are many places to eat very close by and location close to work 15 minutes away from I95. A very nice area to live in. Nice surrounding trees and a lake and a nice sidewalk path to walk around.

|Recommended: YesOverall, I've enjoyed calling Mira Flores my home for the past 6 years. — Mira Flores is not immune to noisy, rude neighbors. Nor, is it immune to non-violent crime, rising rent or ever changing property managers. However, Mira Flores is conveniently located to the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens and Legacy Place, to name a few shopping attractions. To be a non-gated community, Mira Flores is head a shoulders above the competition.
|Recommended: YesA nice community with room for a little fine tuning in the areas of customer service and safety. — I truely enjoy my apartment. Milton & Juan (maintainance) has been there for me from day 1 repairing and fixing odds and ends around my apartment. Majority of my service requests has been completed the next day by the time i get homw from work. TWO thumbs up to those guys!!!!!
|Recommended: YesSafe place to live. Nice location. — I've lived here for a couple of years. The maintenance staff has always been great. The management has alot of turnover in the office and we were just bought out. Hopefully the new group will be pleasant to work with and will appreciate and enjoy us as tenants.
So far, there is a lack of 'warmth' in the staff at the office. Perhaps that will change after they and everyone has settled in and the newness of everyday is not so demanding for them.
And they need to have some time during the week beyond 9-6pm for those folks who work. I'm listening to all the talk about the upcoming positive changes and improvements because it's an ideal spot to live.
