|Recommended: NoNone — The apartments are nice and big. But having Rugs all over the house is a no no. Also the parking there is not too great.
The are ants since I moved and have not yet fumigated. I moved in 2015 and still waiting for everything i put on my lease to get fix and its been a year now and no one has came to fix what was needed to be fixed.
hopefully it will be my last year.

|Recommended: YesGreat Maintenance Team — I've had my fair share of concerns with Harbour Cove, but one thing where they always Excel is with their maintenance team. Mr. Phillips and his staff are extremely considerate and caring. They definitely work hard to please the residence and upkeep the community to the best of their ability. I really appreciate how hard they work to keep the community and how they interact with the residents. I've never seen a better maintenance team. Mr. Philip and his team are truly one of a kind.

Regarding issues within the apartment, maintenance fixes it all fast...Jesus is an awesome, kind, helpful person. They do have an ant problem that no matter how many times you reeceive extermination they don't go away. I was told it's because of the lake behind the propoerty. My one complaint, is parking. For the amount of money we pay in rent, it would be nice to have assigned parking and not to have to park a block away at night time.

I recently moved here from Miami-Dade County with my two children and I love my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I have a lake view apartment and the scenery is beautiful.The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and my children love the amenities. The customer service in the rent office is wonderful. I will be renewing my lease in 2016.

But overall the apartments are great, the staff is great, the grounds are clean. My apartment is spacious and maintenance is ALWAYS on top of things..If there is a issue they are there the next day..the apartments are clean I do hate that they paint the tubs
