|Recommended: YesProperty is well kept, but residence need to be reminded of the rules in safety, noise, and trash. — The property is well maintained, and the office staff is great. The apartments are comfortable for a family of 3-4. The back yards and balcony provide an outside space for relaxation but still has privacy.

|Recommended: YesOverall, the grounds are nice and the apartments are too. — Parking can be hard to find near the office sometimes, and sometimes the neighbors play loud music but overall its fine. The only real complaint is the amount of noise the gardeners make twice a week, sometimes at 7 am.

Because of my knee, I had to move from an upstairs unit to a downstairs they were accommodating and understanding

|Recommended: NoNot worth the price — The place is not worth the price. You can hear your neighbors all too well and always there will be some construction work going on inside the community. But the maintenance people and staff are very helpful.
|Recommended: YesDel Flora is a beautiful, well maintained property and the staff is extremely helpful — Juliet and Beverly in the office are wonderful and very professional. Any questions or concerns are immediately addressed. The property is also well maintained.

|Recommended: YesHappy To Live Here — I love living at Del Flora It is clean and safe. Always lots of parking available and the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The only issue I have is the fact that I can hear EVERYTHING the resident above me does. Walking around, laughing, opening doors and drawers, etc.. You get used to it though and compared to other complexes in the area, Del Flora is about the best for the price.

The office staff is easy to deal with and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Having to pay for laundry is a bit inconvenient but there are several different laundry rooms onsite and people are good about switching their clothes. The apartment is in a great location and the city of Redlands itself rocks
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — I love living here. It really feels like a home. But my downstairs neighbors are really loud and they bang on the walls really hard. My daughter had a hard time falling asleep one night because they were banging on the wall. Please help us with that. Thank you for everything else. We love this place
