|Recommended: YesGreat community — I enjoy living at The Fredd. I like the layout of my apartment, the feeling of privacy, the energy efficiency, and the response of maintenance when there is a problem. I've had a great experience and plan on staying.
|Recommended: YesComplex making some nice updates — Staff is friendly and maintenance completes requests in a timely manner. I had a severe ant problem, and had some difficulty getting assistance but after some persistence the problem was fixed. The water takes a LONG time to heat, expect your water bill to be relatively high, I wish they would fix this and switch to an apartment specific billing program for electricity and water rather than dividing it up by apartment size. I am rarely home and travel a lot and feel I pay too much in utilities. I can also hear my neighbors.

Anytime something has gone wrong the maintencance guys are always very quick to help us which is so refreshing Great job The Fredd We're loving it.
