We were a little worried about apartment life and would we adjust. This place is fantastic. The construction is top quality. Although everything is new, the two times I have needed assistance, the maintenance team took care of it quickly. The amenities, as they finish up with construction, are going to be gorgeous and useful. The thing I enjoy the most, besides my amazing view, is the staff. They are always willing to listen to ideas. Several times a month they offer us the chance to participate in community events. This gives us a chance to meet our neighbors and to try out the local businesses in Olde Town. Having two children, I really appreciate the staff's attention to the security. This is a safe area to live in but it does give me peace of mind. Having met the developer on a couple of occasions, I got the feeling that they understood this wasn't just an investment piece of property, but it was people's homes. Living in walking distance of Olde Town Arvada is just the icing on the cake....which you can get at the local bakery. Or go to the local coffee shop where the owner makes the most wonderful coffee cake it is her great grandmother's recipe . All in all, a happy, beautiful, safe, fun place to live
