|Recommended: Yes...Sincerely a happy tenant — I have been a resident here a little over a year and I have no complaints I love it. I am writing this review today to specifically recognize one of the leasing office staff members Brittany. I called her the morning extremely frustrated just a rough start on a Monday I explained the power in 2 areas of my apartment were out for some reason. She let me get it out she told me the normal turn around time for work orders especially with the maintenance staff coming off the weekend. Brittany recognized my frustration and instead of matching me fire she remained calm and delightful as always. To top it off she had a maintenance staff member at my apartment within 15 minutes-20 minutes who explained to me what must have happened and provided some written info on the circuit breakers. The problem is resolved. That is the prompt awesome service we get to enjoy living at this property. Just wanted to recognize you all. Thank you for what you do. Sincerely, your happy tenant

|Recommended: YesI like this peaceful community very much. — I am very happy to live here. Particularly my room is facing toward the trees backside the property and very private. My floor design is the exact match with my needs. Kitchen shelves are will designed to have big capacity. Bath tab is deep and wide enough to enjoy bath time. Comparing with my previous apartment, here is super excellent.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Awesome staff and maintenance, and management I just renewed my lease and I look forward to living here another year. The floorplan design in building 11 helps it stay quiet, and you only hear water flowing plumbing at a minimum. My only complaint is that some neighbors do not adhere to the Sunday-Thursday valet trash and they leave it out all weekend causing issues with bugs. The parking spaces are tight and fill up quick. A few people have illegally parked in handicapped spaces and inside the car wash area spot. It would be nice if there was grass instead of only pine straw surrounding the community.

|Recommended: YesThis apartment, the office staff and the maintenance staff are all amazing — The whole community is amazing. The apartments are well designed, well constructed, and well decorated. The process of moving in was very easy compared to my last apartment. I also like that the staff remembers my name any time I walk into the office to pick up a package or if they see me in the parking lot. The maintenance staff is also great. They are friendly, always know how to quickly and efficiently solve anything that may pop up. I am very, very pleased and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
