|Recommended: YesIt's a great location. We like the property — The Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly normally within 24 hours. Parking can be a problem in some buildings but generally there are sufficient parking spaces available. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Not all residents clean up after their pets but email reminders from the office go out regularly. Overall, we love it here. Could not ask for a better location.

|Recommended: YesOverall experience — Overall, I have enjoyed my experience, The apartment walkways could be cleaner. I am glad that they were recently power washed. I do feel that trash collection is too expensive. I only have trash once a week, but I am paying 5 days for pickup which makes no sense.
|Recommended: YesVery clean, well maintained, and great amenities — The staff is always friendly, the apartments are nicely updated and the grounds are pretty. The pool and patio areas are very nice and they even have a fire pit and gas grills. For dog owners, there is a small dog park and a dog spa with an elevated dog bath. My only complaint is the limited parking near my building, but that's because other residents park in the first section they come to at my building instead of driving all the way around to the other side of their building. There's always a place to park, but it would be nice to be closer sometimes.
|Recommended: YesI do love the area and my apartment and it's location. Just need gates to be fixed. That is why we have the problem with mail getting stolen — Very nice area. Close to everything. Feels like home. Just keep gates fixed so I feel safer when I go out at 6 am to go to work.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful property and convenient to work, shopping and dining. — I have been living here for almost three years and it a quiet community, not too big and not too small. Although it is really convenient to 400, 285, Perimeter mall, Lenox, Phipps and 3 major hospitals, you still feel insulated in a good way. The staff is very professional and always accepts package for you. Especially Brittany and Paul who are respectful, professional and they remember your name. I almost hesitated to write this review, because I want it to stay the best kept secret in Sandy Springs, as far as apartments go.

|Recommended: YesIt's a nice property. Sometimes their are a few pet issues — It's a nice property. However occasional animal waste maybe on the ground. Also, during the summer time, a few residents bring their pets to the pool area and some sit them on the counters at the grilling cooking area. This is very unsanitary.
