|Recommended: YesIt was a nice experience — I never had any real problems with the property or the management. Work orders were attended to in a timely manner, and I was always treated well. The complex is older so you must take that into consideration, however, it is right next to a trail and a park is within walking distance. It is pet-friendly with a reasonable policy. The only issues I ever had and those were minor were with the actual tenants. If they smoke, it will come into your apartment through the bathroom vents, and if they have a rambunctious toddler, you will definitely hear them stomping around upstairs and in my case, knock some of the plaster off of your ceiling .

|Recommended: YesAmazing Staff. Good Sizes. Great Neighbors. — The staff is great! The apartment sizes are amazing. The neighbors a great too. The only negitive comments on the apartment would be the older appliances (but they all work 100 fine) and the look of the partially painted wood on the outside of the apartments.

Wish the gym is better equipped is the only the thing in lack, otherwise it's a solid four out of five stars; five out of five if the buildings have newer appliances.
