We also offer online payments, online service requests, and online applications. Pets are welcome, and there is plenty of room for them to run around on the outskirts on our community. We are right next to a park and running trail as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, great staff. — It's easy to get to any major highway, close to stores, it's quiet (except when the landscapers are blowing dirt, dust and leaves all over the place and on my nice clean truck), neighbors are quiet and considerate of my weird work schedule.

The washer and dryer in the apartment is what really sold me. It saves me so much time, hassle and money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never lived any place where they get to repair requests so quickly. I have never waited longer than the next day after putting in a work order. And many times, if I get it in early enough, they are out the same day. They keep us informed about any problems that occur on the property, which I think is great. You are going to have problems with so many people living in a contained area. Most places try to sweep it under the rug, but they leave us notices to let us know about break ins, etc.

|Recommended: YesComfortable, quiet, priced right, friendly staff — It's a very nice place with that is located with easy access to any major thoroughfare. It has a great green belt with a path for walking, riding bikes or running. There's a creek that's fun to visit and watch nature just take its course. There's a frisbee course for the sports minded. The whole complex is comfortable and quiet, the apartments are priced very reasonable and are big. The office and maintenance staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. You can pay your rent online (no more messing with checks) and can enter an online maintenance request that will will be taken care of the next day. Great place to live. I love it here and it's only 5 miles from my daughters family in Pflugerville.

|Recommended: YesI've stayed 17 years. What else do you need? — It is worth while. Management is friendly and tries to be helpful whenever possible. When repairs are needed maintenence comes over ASAP and gets the job done satisfactorily. Location is good for North Austin, Round Rock and Pflugerville. In 17 years rate increases have been reasonable.
