The location is great, I like that it's North downtown and it's a little more secluded and there is less traffic. The only negative about the apartment is that if anything is happening in the hallway corridor you can hear it like it's happening right next to you. I really like living here, I've lived in 3 different apartments in this complex over the span of 5 years and I don't know if I can ever leave. lol
