After reviewing many sections of town, we knew this was the place. The front office personnel greeted us with warming smiles as wells as several residents. They have accommodated us with ease to transition to another apartment within the community and three years later they remain fabulous.

The remodeled apartments are beautiful, maintenance is FAST, noise level is low cannot hear my neighbors at all , and staff is supportive and professional. My ONLY criticism would be the wifi situation in the gym clubhouse. The metal roof on the building makes a data signal almost non-existent, and the in-house wifi is weak at best if it works at all , making it challenging to listen to anything while you workout. In the grand scheme of things, however, it's not a huge deal.
