|Recommended: YesThe best place to live in Austin. — I have been in Austin for more than 3 years now. I moved few months back to Lincoln property. It is by far best experience to stay here in Domain. The apartments architecture and interior is really what the team kept in mind while building it. It is spacious with good ventilation. The rooms are of equal size if you are in two bedroom apartment with a huge walk-in closet. Other best part of living here is surrounded by nice restaurants and shopping complex. The area turns lively with music and people around during the weekend.
|Recommended: YesIt's very nice. It is just not completely done yet. — The staff is great and very responsive. The apartments are nice and priced right for the location. The garage door always seems to be broken or set to remain open though. I like the attempt at security for the residents but its probably the biggest miss. It's very easy to get into the apartment building without using the main entrance. I live in building C and I moved in in August and was told the pool area would be ready the next week. I think it was late October when it opened... It is now closed again and its the only grilling area available. When I did have a maintenance need it was see to that day. It seems the entire staff is top-notch its just the facilities and surroundings that are not special. For example, while at no fault to The Standard, there are often very loud construction deliveries in the middle of the night for the surrounding buildings. I love how pet-friendly they are as well I would recommend The Standard to a friend who was looking to move there in about a year. It's just not ready yet.
