|Recommended: YesWonderful Place to Live, Sleep, and Study — The price tag on an apartment here is sky high, especially if you want more square footage, but if you have a roommate someone to share the rent, then it's about par with the rest of Austin. The windows in the new building are double-paned, meaning I sleep just fine even with RH loading and unloading across the street. Everything is well done, well maintained, and thoroughly cleaned built. Things don't malfunction, fall apart, or appear to be cheaply made. This is the first place I've ever renewed a lease at, after moving 8 times in 6 years.

Given the fact that it's located IN the Domain within walking distance of restaurants and shops and bars, it's a great deal Residents get secured, covered parking, 24 hour access to two gyms, and fun events held every month The front office staff are VERY friendly and professional and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a great, seamless experience, from moving in to moving out. They are definitely one of the main reasons why I chose to live here.

|Recommended: YesAmazing — So in my short time in having my new pup, Ryder, we have been taking advantage of the dog park. However, while convenient, I have noticed that due to extensive use over the past year ish that I believe y'all have been open that there has been some pretty bad smells- especially when it rains. I am not sure if there are plans to replace the gravel mulch in that area, but it may be something to consifer.
