The staff and overall feel is why we are staying put and call it home. Great place to live and close to the Harbor, shopping and many great places to eat.

submitted by John Z. - |Recommended: YesI love living here, but I wish that the staff would follow up on request that we ask. — Well the maintenance team is awesome they answer to your call as soon as you report them. However the front office staff could use some more training. There have been multiple times where I ask for some info and they are not sure of an answer so they tell you I will find out and get back to you. The problem is that they do not reach back out to you.
submitted by Dido S. - |Recommended: YesNice Community Has Room for Improvement — Kitchen is nice but flat paint makes it hard to maintain, limits what you can cook to anything that doesn't risk splattering on the wall or to using a blender. Walls are a little thin, can hear neighbors watching TV or talking, but they are not trying to be loud. Rec room is nice, gym is small. The downtown area is not very great, would not recommend for families due to the overall nature of downtown Baltimore.
