Heritage On The Merrimack (Closed)

|Recommended: YesQuiet Safe Community — The staff are very kind and helpful. There isn't much noise from neighbors. The amenities are amazing. I love using the gym. Also there are grills around the property and two by the pool. The media room is also very awesome. The thing I like the most about Heritage is that it is a smoke-free community.

The complex is very dog friendly, and generally speaking you can't hear your neighbors, although I live on the 3rd top floor.

These apartments are well laid out with nice high ceilings, giving the apartment a roomier feel. Great walk-in closets in bedrooms. Folks in the office are always friendly and helpful. We love that this is a dog friendly and non-smoking community. I would highly recommend Heritage on the Merrimack.

|Recommended: YesBest decision I could've made. — Moving into Heritage on the Merrimack was one of the best decisions I'd ever made. Other places didn't take me seriously when I was looking because of my age, I think , but when I came here they didn't question anything, and took me seriously. Parking is easy and there are always plenty of open spots, the landscaping is done well, and even throughout the winter the crew opens up after storms quickly. The layout of the apartment is great, very clean, spacious, and there is no lack of storage space. Maintenance is great, also, I've needed them twice and both times they have fixed my issue within 3 hours which, since they weren't emergency situations, I consider to be pretty exceptional. I looked at a dozen other places in the immediate area before choosing Heritage on the Merrimack, and I haven't once regretted that decision.
