|Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Good — Maintenance staff is very efficient, noise is not to bad, parking can be all over the place but overall pretty good experience.
|Recommended: YesNice property that's clean and well maintained — It's very safe and clean. Friendly people and staff
|Recommended: YesPet Clean Up — Individuals do not consistently clean up after their pets and there are no consequences. My experience living here has been good. It would be great if I did not have to encounter animal feces throughout my walk. Bags are supplied and people still do not use them.
|Recommended: YesA great place to live — A quiet non-smoking community with nice amenities. The grounds are beautifully kept. Pets are welcome and celebrated with dog social events. Residents can be as social as they like. Plenty of parking.
|Recommended: YesI love Heritage on the Merrimack — I love living here, it is such a welcoming community, I love the people, the pool, movie area, grills, computer rooms, gym, dog park and tennis courts.
|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live. — I love my apartment at HOTM. My apartment is lovely, the staff is extremely helpful and my neighbors are friendly.
|Recommended: YesNice Place — The apartments are very nice and cozy. I love using the outside gas grills. The trail by the river is awesome and the covered parking comes in very handy in the winter time
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, only few suggestions minor complaints — Noise- docked points because upstairs neighbor walks in steel shoes, and trash bin outside a window, it is what it is, no suggested fix.
Construction- Great across the board except the windows are drafty, and the major source of heat loss. Costly and unlikely replacement of the windows as a whole unit.

Love living here immediately felt like a safe place to live, the grounds of the complex are well maintained and cared for, and there is easy access to lots of shopping, Manchester nightlife, and highways that facilitate commute anywhere from Concord to Westford in under 45 minutes
|Recommended: YesLike it alot — I like it alot because it is safe and secure. You need playground equipment and honestly, the rent is very high. An increase of 90 month is insane
|Recommended: YesVery nice. Private. Staff are very good. Maintenance is fast. — Its private, the property is well maintained. Its quiet, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend it to others.
|Recommended: YesClean, convienient and awesome — I really enjoy living at Heritage on the Merrimack. The apartments are spacious and up to date. Neighbors are friendly and buildings are quiet. The staff is friendly and always there when you need them. It really has everything you need. The clubhouse has a pool, gym, entertainment center and office. It's a pet friendly environment with a dog park and it is located on a biking trail which is great if you have four-legged roommates or just enjoy taking an outdoor stroll run along the river. It is also a gated community, which adds a sense of security.
Even outside the complex you have everything at fingertips from grocery stores, to restaurants, to big box stores and mom and pop shops.
Highly recommended

|Recommended: YesQuiet and lovely community — I've looked at dozens of Apartments prior to moving to New Hampshire and I always came back to this one and I have to say it was the best decision. The staff is wonderful which made moving in easy and the maintenance people fixed a problem in a timely fashion.
