The management and maintenance team are outstanding Jane, Maria and Charles are always a pleasure to deal with and are extraordinarily conscientious and responsive. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff members at The Charleston. They are excellent representatives for the Lincoln Property Company. The grounds and the community amenities are always kept immaculate. All resident questions and issues are always immediately addressed and resolved, especially with respect to maintenance and residential concerns. The apartments are spacious and bright with charming and unique qualities.

Never had a bad experience interacting with any staff. The apartment is generally very quiet loud neighbors upstairs that cannot be helped and secure. Everything is wonderful thus far.

The staff is always readily available and have been ever so helpful with all the questions I've had. The maintenance team is timely and organized- there never seems to be a problem they cannot fix My only hang up is the parking. It can get tough to find a spot for guests or if you have more than two vehicles that do not fit in the garage which, by the way, is such a convenience to have Overall it is the nicest complex I have lived in and look forward to renewing my lease
