|Recommended: YesMy family and I love living here fun, comfortable, affordable. — The same as above it's a great, centrally located complex, well maintained with attentive, prompt resident service. Love it and would high recommend to anyone.
On one note, and this is not management's fault, but I would enforce more seriously that it is the tenants' responsibility to pick up after their dogs, as many here do not judging by all the poop left on he surrounding grass and turf areas. Not sure what the management can do, but a general email to ALL tenants might be a good start.
Not to nitpick, but this is a pet (no pun) peeve of ours.

|Recommended: YesGreat location - nice neighbors - helpful staff — Beautiful property, great amenities, neighbors are nice, dog friendly, Location is super convenient, and the staff has been a pleasure to work with. Love being this close to the bike trails. The only down fall is the RTD station that works on the busses at night, the loud noises are kind of annoying. So, I can not hear the neighbors, but the RTD is irritating.
