|Recommended: YesI love the Peloton — I would let prospective renters know that this complex is a great place to live. The location is perfect, the management is very attentive when maintenance is required, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet for its size.

There do, however, seem to be quite a few college students moving in, and while we usually wouldn't mind, at times they fail to treat this facility and residential complex like the ADULT, and in our case, FAMILY, community it is and was meant to be with regard to noise, trash, overrunning the pool, etc.
That said, we do love it here and want to stay indefinitely as we take a lot of pride and joy in living here.

We did wish to address your notation about our leasing to college students. Please note that as of this past May, our leasing material now states the following: "We do not lease to undergraduate university students regardless of the availability of guarantors, cosigners, or an income stream sufficient to satisfy the payment obligations under the lease. All lease signers must live in the home. False representation in the application is a violation of the lease." As part of our on-going goal to maintain a peaceful living environment, we actively take steps to listen, address and manage the important concerns of our residents, and we greatly appreciate your feedback.
