|Recommended: YesFantastic and serene — The complex is clean. Maintenance is on point. The interior of the apartments has a spectacular lay out. There is more than enough space for everything. It's great to have a full size washer. I almost forgot how much I missed having one. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Only downside is guest parking.

|Recommended: YesGem of a community — I feel so fortunate to have found such a great well-maintained community. ArLeisha and Ana the Manager Asst Manager couldn't be nicer or more helpful. My apartment is cozy homey and I plan to live here for many years to come The community is also close to shopping and dining and to I95 for an easy commute.

|Recommended: Yes One Disappointment- When the Landscaper use the Blower and blows the grass leaves etc on my back porch front door step. I then have to come home and sweep out my doorway becasue it come right under the door or sweep off my back — Superior It's a nice place to call home Thank you Ms.Ana, Ms. Jones, Staff, Maintenance Manager Staff very nice guy
