|Recommended: YesKimball Towers is one of the better apartment homes that I have occupied even after 25 years in the Marine Corps and traveling — I would tell anyone that I consider Kimball Towers as one of the top 10 places to live. The Staff and Building grounds are kept way above the standard living areas. It is one of the better communities I have occupied.

The energy and appliance audit is free, and is a GREAT way to make the apartment more energy efficient. Staff has always been prompt and professional in responses. Value per square foot is good.

|Recommended: YesNice place, but... — I've been here a year -it is a VERY nice place to live however the amount of the rent is FULLY reflective of that. The area is pretty and quiet but your monthly rent does not allow you to forget for one minute that you live in the state of MA
Landscaping is nice though there is no outdoor space once the pool closes on Labor day it would be really great if there were a bench or sitting area to enjoy some of the scenery. The parking situation is horrendous. If you pay for the garage then you're fine even though the gate is constantly broken but don't plan on having company unless you are picking them up and dropping them off. There are well over 100 apartments but only about 15 visitor spaces, go figure. And you can't use your cell phone once you enter the building so be prepared to get a landline if you don't already have one. Neighbors are nice but tons of kids play hangout in the hallway - probably because there is no outdoor space for them, so it's relatively quiet at night but not so much from 4PM-10PM or on the weekend after 7AM. I should note that they're not disrespectful in any way, they're just being kids, so they're not quiet especially the smaller ones who's parents allow them to ride bikes in the hall .
There are pros and cons to living here the pros win for me but everyone needs to make their own choices.

Enjoyable Expenrience... — I would tell them that what separates this community to other great ones is how caring, knowledgeable, loving is the staff at Kimball Towers. The property Manager is one of a kind and the sense of urgency coming from the staffs to help the tenants is unheard of.
They go out of their way to make sure that your needs have been fulfilled.

|Recommended: YesKimball Towers Lived here for 5 years — I have lived at Kimball Towers for over 5 years. The bldg. is safe, the staff is gracious and accommodating. The office staff treats you like a human being. I have had few maint. issues but when I did they were repaired quickly and courteously. It is close to everything and easy to get anywhere. The bldg. and grounds are well maintained. I recommend it highly.
|Recommended: NoRisk residents' health to save water — I highly agree that we should save water. But you cannot just install the shower nozzle that is designed for a shower room which has enclosed shower space and probably heat system inside it. And additional garage parking is too much for areas like Burlington or Woburn
|Recommended: YesBeautiifu, Accessible, Welcoming and overall a nice place to live. — I enjoy living here. It is quiet and almost everyone is helpful if you have a problem. The apartments are very nice and a good size compared to other complexes in the area. The grounds are beautiful and are kept nice and clean. I lived in these apartments for several years without a major problem and if there were it was quickly addressed.

Parking spaces outside of the garage is one of the biggest issues. The allocated spots fill out very quickly so you have to use the Kimball Court spots and you're always afraid your car will be towed
