|Recommended: YesBest place in Casper — The ladies in the office are always helpful, genuinely friendly, and quick to respond. Scott is always there to help when needed and very trustworthy. He's the guy to trust if you're gone and they need to enter your home. They made our time at the Preserve easy.

|Recommended: YesThis is a great home — It has been almost a year since my last review on here and this place is awesome. The new staff if wonderful. The parking is still tight but the staff is wonderful about that and there are garages they run specials on all the time. Any noise issues I have I feel confident in sharing with the staff with some kind of resolution. The apartment is really nice. It stays so warm during the winter, even at 20 below, and cool during the summer. The gas fireplace will warm the living room up to over 75 even when in the teens outside. The bathrooms are huge. I swear I could throw a party in the shower. The maintenance guys are always on top of things and very friendly. Love this place.

|Recommended: YesNice apartments — The apartment is very nice and new. The noise on the first floor is not so good and the parking is very limited. However, everyone seems very friendly and willing to work with their tenets with their needs. I hope to stay here a very long time.

|Recommended: YesQuite, Friendly, kid friendly! Love it! — That it is a great place to live. It's quite, kid friendly, pet friendly, and the staff is very supportive and caring! The accomendations are great! There is a outdoor pool and spa, laundry room if you do noy have a pair of your own, business office if needed, a excerise room, and club house for your personal use!

|Recommended: YesGreat service! — I would tell them I love it! The service is fantastic and I am so thankful I live here. I have had several questions and they have all been addressed within an hour of emailing. The sidewalks are salted every morning! The area is great and very homey.

From the first time we called to make an appointment to tour the communtiy, we were sold. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond. The apartments are well maintained and managed. We have no complaints, and just love it here.
