|Recommended: YesVery Nice — It's a peaceful community to call home. The features are wonderful, the staff is friendly and the community is nice. The events that the staff puts on, particularly Wine Down Wednesday's, are enjoyable community mixers. The apartment interiors are very comfortable and well insulated. Finally, the sounds of nature are close at hand for tis indeed very tranquil to be serenaded by crickets and sung to by flying and amphibious creatures alike

|Recommended: YesFriendly Property Management Staff made the big difference — It was the administration staff that made the big difference in picking this property. With the added perks of that months current sign on bonuses and the great help they were in accommodating me, my pup and others living with me, I was very happy to move in here. The sour administration staff at my prior complex was the only reason for me moving, to me the property management staff are the first impression of a property and the last.
So with that said Well Done to The Preserve Management so far for being very friendly, helpful and accommodating

|Recommended: YesExcellent home — I worked as an oilfield engineer and I would not be home for a month at a time. I felt extremely comfortable knowing how safe my place was, and when coming home how comfortable and relaxing it was to be there. Highly suggest renting here

We have been very satisfied and happy here. We are now taking our time in looking for that dream home because we have found comfort and home like living here.

|Recommended: YesThe positives far outweigh the negatives. — I have read negative reviews on-line about The Preserve and sometimes I am lost for words over some of the ridiculous complaints. I think a lot of people look for the bad in everything and love to complain. Noting is perfect and I am sure it is very daunting to manage a complex that has over 200 apartments. I wanted to take the time and write this positive review. We have lived here since December 2014. The ladies in the office have always been very nice and extremely accommodating to us. Liz, Nancy and Toni have always been professional and addressed any concern we have had in a timely manner. I feel very comfortable approaching them about any complaints that I may have with my apartment or the complex. I also want to praise maintenance extraordinaire Scott for his diligence whenever I was in need of maintenance. He has always been nice and fixed the problem quickly. He is a hard worker and we have appreciated it. I know people have valid complaints here. Like the lack of parking at times and the dog feces not being cleaned up by many residents can be big issue. However, the staff is doing their best to fine those who don't pick up after their pet and impose the rules. We checked out many places here in Casper and The Preserve, by far, is the nicest apartment complex in our opinion.
