|Recommended: YesNorth Charlotte's Best in Luxury Apartment Living — Its absolutely great living here in Thornberry. To start, the layout of our unit is so cool and unlike anywhere else in the area. The complex is an established neighborhood and the walls are nice and thick so you rarely hear any sound from your neighbors.
The management team and maintenance staff are such a great group of people, especially Annie, one of the lead representatives. She answers all of our questions and makes sure we always have our needs and wants met with top priority. The greatest thing is coming into the clubhouse to pick up packages and they know you by name and your unit number so you don't even have to be asked what your address is. The professionalism here at Thornberry is at uttermost top on the list of reasons why we love living here so much.
In a list of pros and cons, the only thing I would have to include on the con list is the trash dilemma. Thornberry has no Valet Trash pickup which is an unfortunate circumstance, considering that so many other less luxurious complexes in the area offer that feature. We do have a trash compactor but I despise putting bags of garbage into the trunk of my car to drive to the back of the complex.
Thornberry is the right fit for us and we love it, the question is, will you love it too
