|Recommended: YesMaintenance work reliable and with integrity — Ruben came to help me get my ac back on during a weekend when it was very hot and got the ac going, something more needed to be done he decided and so he came back out very late at night to fix it and switch out a part when it was dark and hard to see and I was so pleased with his work and there has not been a problem since. He was very friendly and down to earth as well.

|Recommended: YesOne bedroom — Good community-generally responsive and ok amenities. Pretty good price for the area and I love my apartment. The pool and gym are not the best, but usable.
|Recommended: YesVery quiet and peaceful — Overall I give the property a 4 out of 5 stars. Staff is very professional and try to get all issues resolved quickly. Parking can be a pain most of the time and will have to park outside the gate or on the street.

Tara has been the one taking care of us from the beginning and she's done really well. Everything we have needed, she's been on it. All of our maintenance request have been resolved quickly. Overall is a really relaxed quiet environment.
The only things, at times, if you come home after 8pm, you might have to park on the other side of the neighborhood depending on where you live , but the complex is small, so this is a miniscule inconvenience.
I definitely recommend living at Metropolitan at Cityplace.

Jason and Tara have been an absolute delight. Maintenance is done right away as soon as you request. I love living here and my view of the downtown skyline is beautiful.
