|Recommended: YesGreat place — Ive lived here since august 2018 and I have not had any issues with my apartment. My only complaint is that there are laminate floors in the upstairs apartments making it where you can hear every foot step of the neighbor above But overall great place
|Recommended: YesBest apartment I've had in 3 years in DFW — Great, responsive, staff. Reasonable prices the addition of a real garage option was what sold me. I don't like the mandatory 25 trash fee but other than that all other fees have been reasonable compared to other apartment complexes.

|Recommended: Yes4 years of friendly hospitality — I am yet to have a single bad interaction with any staff member here, but I really have so much to say about the maintenance crew. Example I work 12 hour days in a Fort Worth emergency room as a nurse yes, I commute and have for 2.5 years because I love living here and I get home at 8 30pm to find out that my AC is out It was 93 degrees outside at the time and 90 degrees in my apartment. I called and left a message about it not expecting any response until morning it's in their policy not to do AC stuff after dark . Instead, Ruben one of the coolest dudes on the planet, in my opinion taps quietly on my door about 45 minutes later and says he was here for another emergency but wanted to check on me. That's right, he did NOT have to help, but made time to do so. He took a look at it and had it running again in under an hour. I even tried to pay him for the trouble and he just waved it off and said, this is my job, it's no trouble at all. Thanks, Ruben You rock

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — I love living here Finding parking near building one is difficult depending on the day and time, and the dog poo is not fun. But walk on the sidewalks and get home early and you're good to go

The property is beautiful and clean, the surrounding neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and it feels safe and secure. Not only that but I have to give the maintenance and office staff 5 stars all around They really go out of their way to ensure you are happy whether it comes to an easy maintenance request or package delivery. |Recommended: YesQuiet and spacious — I've loved living in the apartments at Metropolitan at Cityplace over the past year. It's quiet, the apartments are spacious, and my neighbors are really friendly. If there's ever a problem, Jose comes over to repair the issue quickly. I was robbed while living in the complex in the first floor apartment, but the staff handled it well and offered me a 12 month lease at a larger apartment on the second floor for the same monthly rent. The price of rent is also reasonable for the area. Overall, I've enjoyed living in this complex and would recommend it to others.
