Units are typical, and modern, but very cozy. Occasionally there will be fecal matter in the hallways. Hopefully from the many dogs who live in the building.

What is problematic is the noise stomping, children running, and etc. from apartment above especially if you live on the first floor. The noise gets unbearable at times 11 00 PM and later . Dog poop can be in the hall-way over a weekend period. This has not happened too often but it does happen as it is a pet friendly property Management does its best to make pet owners responsible for their pet's waste. Mature responsible pet owners do not leave their dog's poop in a walk-way. Again, any complex will have issues and this place is no different. I would recommend to a friend but I would be transparent so that they could make an informed decision.

Parking - So-so. — I've had a couple maintenance issues and everything is always fixed within a day or two at most. The office is friendly and courteous, but sometimes takes a couple days to answer emails. The office hours changed from closing at 6pm to 5 30pm so I can't make it in to pick up packages after work anymore- not ideal. The noise between apartments on the same floor and in the hallway is minimal, but my upstairs neighbor stomps around at all hours of the night. Parking isn't bad if you get home by 7pm. After that, you may have to park on the roof as all resident spots are filled up.

It's nice to see this when I get home from work or from being out. The only bad thing that I've noticed is hearing foot steps from the tenants in the apartment above me. Sometimes I wonder if they have pet elephants. Haha. Also, the floors on the third floor my floor can use a some hard washing or mopping. It has a lot of dirty stains. Other than that, I love living here.

submitted by Mark M. - |Recommended: YesGreat property, clean and well maintained. — Quiet part of town, friendly tenants and professional employees at the building. Hardly any late night noise from neighbors. I enjoy living here.
submitted by Reilly H. - |Recommended: YesGreat place — Lived here for 2 years now and love it
submitted by Anna H. - |Recommended: NoUnderwhelming — My husband and I have lived here since October 2017 and are underwhelmed by the complex. For starters, rent is way too high, the hallway always smells like weed and the gym has been under maintenance several times with no noticeable chances. While there are obviously positives, they should be expected for what we are paying location, service, community . If you are between this apartment and another, do yourself a favor and go with the other.
submitted by Sally P. - |Recommended: YesGreat location — In terms of location, this place is perfect. The apartments are well maintained and the staff is friendly, but they are often not readily available so that, when I leave a message with a question or concern, I rarely receive a call back. I tend to have to place another call or two before I get the answer. The noise level has increased in the past 6 months, as has the traffic, but parking availability has declined drastically, particularly for guests visitors due to construction of a boutique hotel directly across the street. Additionally, many of the visitors parking spaces behind the building have been converted to valet parking only or have been eliminated due to the construction on the other side of the property. Guest parking is difficult for unscheduled visitors because the few available spaces are almost always taken and, to park in the garage, guests have to register their vehicle ahead of time or they will be towed. Smoking is not supposed to be permitted on the common grounds, but that policy is not enforced, nor are any signs posted for the uninformed. It's very annoying to have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the building. Lastly, there are inconsiderate dog owners with dogs that bark at all hours of the day and night, as well as a few inconsiderate neighbors who party very loudly and frequently. Other than those issues, I enjoy the area and my apartment very much. The location has been perfect for me.
