submitted by Shanna C. - |Recommended: YesGood Property — Pros 1 great location 2 updated and large apartments 3 maintenance is great - maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely matter Cons 1 Visitor Parking - spots outside of gate were sold to neighboring business and are now valet. Its inconvenient to go to the front desk to request a visitor pass. I work M-F 8 30 - 5 30. I liked the online visitor parking system better. 2 Trash Pick-up Tenants are not complying with trash pick-up rules. They put their trash in the halls outside of the designated times. Sometimes leaving trash bags outside of their door for the entire weekend. It makes the hallways stick. Staff needs to be more firm and fine the violators. 3 Community Area's need to be updated The pool is just ok. There is green mold growing in the pool by the end of summer gross . The gym needs to be updated. The television screens on the treadmills have been broken since I moved in 2 years ago. In 2017 the apartments added on a 15 month fee for community areas - stating they would be doing some updates, which never happened. This makes me feel like I am being ripped off

submitted by Bret W. - |Recommended: YesGreat, but... — - Design - Great - Electric Cost - Great - Flooring quality - Questionable - Noise from upstairs - Maybe due to the hard floors which I mostly like, but I can hear every footstep. If the upstairs neighbor wears boots or heels or hard shoes all the time, I swear it sounds like they are running laps in them. - Parking is great if you pay for it. Sucks otherwise because I don't believe the garage is big enough and street or surrounding parking is so restricted or outright unavailable. Difficult to accommodate guest visits. - Communication from staff is negligible or non existent. People in this property, in this location, are busy people, not apartment sitters. We need to know when things are changing. We live electronically. Lead time and notice of events, situations, changes, updated processes is highly appreciated and really almost an imperative. The new management activity, care for the property, and intelligence appears to be improved on-site, but communication remains unimproved. The web site transition has been ridiculous.

Minor problem with trash in the hallways and guest parking is terrible. You pay 15.00 a month for a common area fee---this is fine but management told me over a year ago that they are updating the gym and club room. This has not been done. Overall I really like this property. I live on the 4th floor and my side of the building tends to stay really quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The best part about living here is maintenance. They are amazing
submitted by Gad B. - |Recommended: YesGreat Except Dog Poop Control Gym Noise — Have lived here for 7 plus years and enjoy it very much. The Dog Parks, Salt Water Pool, Club Room , Special Relationship with Office Personal and Proximity to activities, coffee shops, restaurants etc etc The only negative I have is late night noise, dog poo not being picked up and lately the Gym has been taken over by a Non-Resident Trainer training mostly Non-Resident and is loud and obnoxious.
