|Recommended: YesLOVE IT HERE — My husband and I just left Decatur Crossing to move into our first home. It was hard to leave. This place was our home for 4 years We stayed so long because the community is small and quiet and the people who work here really care about the residents. We felt safe here. The maintenance staff is so friendly and helpful. The office staff is great too Would definitely recommend living here.

The apartments don't waste space by being fancy or illogical with the layouts, there's generally ample storage space though the kitchens can be a little small in this regard , and they're fairly well insulated in terms of sound. The management staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and genuinely good people. The maintenance staff are friendly as well and respond quickly to problems. The residents are friendly and generally quiet, and I can't wait to keep living here for as long as I'm in town.
|Recommended: YesI love it here — The staff are always kind and professional and my maintenance requests have been taken care of in 24 hours or less. The community is quiet and safe. All of the apartments are an excellent quality, and both the the office and maintenance staff are committed to make sure that all residents can enjoy their space, and that common areas pool, gym, laundry, etc are kept in tip top shape. As with all complexes, you'll end up hearing your neighbors walking around upstairs sometimes or some doors closing in the breezeway, but the residents are all responsible and I've never had an issue after hours. It's just a part of apartment living, and the walls themselves are very thick. It's conveniently located to downtown Decatur less than a mile walk and also right down the road from Walmart, Kroger, and the DeKalb farmer's market. Despite being so close to so much, it is still quiet and private. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, safe spot with plenty of amenities.
|Recommended: YesWe love it here — We absolutely love living here. The community is quiet, safe, clean, and in a great location. The units are spacious, we get a lot of natural sunlight, and there are lots of storage opportunities. There are NO BUGS The exterminators are great if you need them but we've only called them once, and the community uses a trash compactor that's below ground level so it really keeps the surrounding areas nice and clean. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and attentive. And we love that management has so much attention to detail, for example getting newer grills and umbrellas for the poolside tables and keeping the propane for the grills stocked , adding a dog washing station to the community, and always keeping us up to date on community news. The entire staff seems to really go above and beyond for their tenants, both personally and behind the scenes. If you are considering living here, you won't find a more wonderful home And if you are part of the Decatur Crossing team reading this, thank you so much for all you do You are appreciated

|Recommended: YesVery pleasant, quiet living experience, fairly close to downtown Decatur — My roommate and I have lived here for a year and it's been great. We're both graduate students and have to work long, long hours sometimes so it's nice that it's such a peaceful apartment complex. The apartments themselves are high quality with high ceilings, a fireplace, a balcony, and decent appliances we're in a non-updated unit, so even though the appliances are a bit dated they still do the job just fine. Also maintenance has always been immediately helpful on the rare occurrence that something does go wrong . I have a dog and I appreciate how many areas there are to walk him as well as the availability of doggy bags.
My only gripe with the place would be parking. I don't think it's that non-residents are parking in resident parking, I think there's just not enough of it where our apartment is. It's pretty common for me to have to park on the opposite side of the complex because all of the spaces are taken around our building.
That said, I have no complaints about anything else. The staff is super friendly, the landscaping is always tidy, and the complex is located pretty close to downtown Decatur, so if you're willing to do some hiking it's within walking distance of a whole bunch of restaurants and bars. We just renewed for a second year

|Recommended: YesThe Best Community in Dekalb County, Georgia — We were residing in a community of 360 townhomes for fourteen years in the Universal Studios area in Orlando, Florida. We stayed there for the proximity to the schools, universities, and work.
After several months of research, we chose Decatur Crossing because it offered us excellent logistics and location, public transportation, Buses, and Trains, near to the Schools, Colleges, Universities, Farmers Market, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Theaters, Parks, Walking Trails, Downtown and Midtown Atlanta.
When we met in the administration, Gail, Adriano, and in the maintenance of the community, Tony, and his assistant, we were impressed by the quality and warmth of them, that we had never felt before.
Also, our neighbors, Adriana and Nicolas on the day of our arrival on January 8th, welcomed us and greatly appreciated their Friendship.
We are very happy to reside here, and we recommend Decatur Crossing as a five stars community.

|Recommended: YesClean, Comfortable, and Cozy — The apartments are nicely sized and well laid out. The pool area is great and never too crowded. everything looks nice. The best part is the quick service on maintenance. Any problem is usually solved pretty quickly and with no hassle.
