|Recommended: YesBest stay so far, can not be any happier — We have been living at Decatur crossing for almost 3 years. We can not be any happier, we are renting a townhouse. Maintenance work gets done pretty promptly. Office staff is excellent. Adriano has become our good friend, he is always eager to help with any issue, whenever we go to office for anything he always makes sure we come out with a smile. Tony in maintenance is great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We have to move because of job reasons but we are going to miss this place. Thank you Adriano , Tony and staff for making our stay wonderful
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live for young professionals, students, and families — I feel very comfortable living here because the staff really seem to care about the residents and the overall experience. Everything is well-maintained because maintenance staff answer calls promptly and efficiently. The apartments are spacious and well-lit, and the additional facilities i.e., pool, workout facility are well-kept and clean.

|Recommended: YesLove living in this community — I've been living in Decatur Crossing for almost a year and I absolutely love it The staff is courteous and often go out of their way to say hello or ask how they can help. All maintenance repairs have been completed easily and quickly. I've never had an issue with parking, and there's plenty of visitor parking as well. The location is perfect for me - I love to walk, and the walking distance from downtown Decatur, Kroger, and the farmers market is perfect for me.
|Recommended: YesBest apartment complex I have lived at — I would tell a random person the same thing I tell my guests I love the hardwood floors and the overall layout. The front-office management is very friendly and polite and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Overall you get what you pay for and this complex is worth the rent.
|Recommended: YesWonderful, quiet apartments Nice staff, great pool — We've enjoyed living here and have been impressed with how quiet the neighbors are we are on the third floor, which helps . The flat paint on the walls scuff easily, but that is common for apartments. We use the pool and the gym amenities, which are both very nice. The parking closest to our apartment building in the middle of the complex gets full in the evening, but we can usually find one open spot and rarely have to walk too far.

|Recommended: YesAmazing, professional, quiet and convenient! — Accessible to the Marta so you can avoid the morning grid-lock. More importantly, very accessible to downtown Decatur where you're greeted with hip local restaurants and stores. A plus of living here is how professional and friendly all the staff are. They do their best to accommodate you. A hidden perk is having the Dekalb Farmers Market nearby. That, in itself, is a road trip to different countries.
